Wordrise Media provides professional book-related services, including but not limited to ghostwriting, book writing, manuscript editing, proofreading, book formatting, cover design, children’s book writing, publishing assistance, audiobook support, book marketing, and author website design. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing of each project will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

Every project is based on the information provided by the client. Once the project scope is approved, any additional requirements, major changes, extra pages, new chapters, additional design versions, or expanded publishing support may require a separate quote. Wordrise Media reserves the right to adjust project pricing if the final scope is different from the original discussion.

Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed payment plan. Work may begin after the initial payment, deposit, or full payment is received, depending on the selected service package. Payments are used to reserve project time, assign resources, and begin professional work. Delayed payments may result in delayed delivery timelines.

Revision terms depend on the selected service and package. Revisions are intended to improve or adjust the approved scope of work. A revision does not include a complete change of concept, rewriting the entire project from scratch, or adding new material that was not part of the original scope. Additional revisions may be available at an extra cost.

The client is responsible for providing accurate project details, references, manuscript files, personal information, publishing account access, approvals, and feedback on time. Wordrise Media is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, missing files, third-party platform issues, or delayed client approvals.

Once the project is completed and all agreed payments are cleared, the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client for their use. The client is responsible for ensuring that any material they provide, including images, text, references, or personal content, does not violate copyright, trademark, or third-party rights. Wordrise Media may not be held responsible for legal issues caused by client-provided content.

Wordrise Media may assist with publishing on platforms such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Draft2Digital, and other publishing platforms. However, each platform has its own rules, review process, approval timeline, pricing structure, and publishing policies. Wordrise Media cannot guarantee platform approval, ranking, sales, bestseller status, reviews, or earnings.

Book marketing services are designed to improve visibility, presentation, and promotional reach. However, Wordrise Media does not guarantee specific sales numbers, bestseller rankings, audience response, media coverage, or revenue outcomes. Results may vary depending on genre, book quality, pricing, market demand, author platform, competition, and advertising budget.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project. Once work has started, research has been completed, drafts have been prepared, design work has begun, or resources have been assigned, payments may become partially or fully non-refundable. Refund requests will be reviewed based on the completed work, project stage, and agreed terms.

Project timelines are estimated based on the service type, project complexity, client response time, and revision requirements. Wordrise Media aims to deliver projects on time, but delays may occur due to additional changes, late feedback, platform review delays, or unforeseen technical issues.

All content, branding, design elements, images, text, graphics, and website materials displayed on the Wordrise Media website are for informational and promotional purposes. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

Wordrise Media will not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, lost profits, publishing platform decisions, account restrictions, third-party service issues, or outcomes beyond our control.
